The 1-gallon refrigerator holds up to four 32-ounce aseptic Tetrapak or similar-type cartons (315 12mL servings) or one 96-ounce bulk bag (235 12mL servings).
Each syrup flavor bag holds 770mL which is approximately 200 3.85mL servings. Shelf life 12 months from date of manufacture.
For sanitizing displays and high-touch contact surfaces such as touchscreen displays and drip-tray surface areas, MBI recommends using commercially available sanitizing wipes containing bleach (e.g., Clorox®-type wipes) or bleach-based cleaning sprays with less than 10% bleach.
When using a spray sanitizer, do not spray directly onto the equipment. Instead, apply the sanitizer to a clean, soft microfiber cloth and gently wipe the surface to reduce the risk of streaking or surface abrasion.
Do not mix bleach and alcohol-based cleaners.
These products may contain chemicals that can degrade surfaces or damage components over time.
* Cleaning and sanitizing product formulations may change without notice. MBI cannot guarantee long-term compatibility of all cleaning agents. These recommendations are provided in good faith based on currently available information, and proper use remains the responsibility of the operator.

4) Tubing and Fluid Path Components: Food-contact tubing, fittings, and connectors are excluded as normal wear items, except where failure is due to a verified manufacturing defect identified within thirty (30) days of installation.
5) Sensors: Optical sensors, flow, level, presence, and safety interlock sensors are covered for one (1) year parts and one (1) year labor.
6) Electrical System: Power supplies, control boards, internal wiring harnesses, relays, switches, and control circuitry are covered for one (1) year parts and one (1) year labor, excluding failures caused by improper voltage or external electrical events.
7) Water Pumps and Components: Water pump motors, housings, and internal components are covered for one (1) year parts and one (1) year labor, while seals, diaphragms, and hoses are excluded as normal wear items.
8) MBI reserves the right to periodically auto-push critical software updates that will enhance functionality or performance of the MBI equipment, unless the customer requests advance notice of such software updates from MBI in writing.
These warranty periods run from the date of installation, as verified by MBI, or thirty (30) days from shipment if installation is not documented. MBI warrants that the equipment manufactured by it will be commercially free of defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture and appearing within the applicable warranty period. Components or parts not manufactured by MBI are warranted only to the extent, and for the duration, of the original equipment manufacturer’s applicable warranty, and MBI makes no independent or additional warranty with respect to such components or parts. This warranty does not otherwise apply to any equipment, component or part that was not manufactured by MBI or that, in MBI’s judgment, has been affected by misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation or operation, improper maintenance or repair, non periodic cleaning and descaling, equipment failures related to poor water quality, damage or casualty. This warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by electrical power conditions, including but not limited to power surges, spikes, brownouts, outages, improper voltage, phase imbalance, or inadequate grounding. In addition, the warranty does not apply to replacement of items subject to normal wear with use including but not limited to user replaceable parts such as seals and gaskets. This warranty is conditioned on the Customer 1) giving MBI prompt notice of any claim to be made under this warranty by telephone at (404) 317-2800 or by writing to admin@magnoliabeverages.com; 2) if requested by MBI, shipping the defective equipment prepaid to an authorized MBI service location; and 3) receiving prior authorization from MBI that the defective equipment is under warranty. “Customer” means the purchaser, lessee, or authorized operator of the equipment, as applicable under the relevant commercial agreement.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF EITHER MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The agents, dealers or employees of MBI are not authorized to make modifications to this warranty or to make additional warranties that are binding on MBI. Accordingly, statements by such individuals, whether oral or written, do not constitute warranties and should not be relied upon.
If MBI determines in its sole discretion that the equipment does not conform to the warranty, MBI, at its exclusive option while the equipment is under warranty, shall either 1) provide at no charge replacement parts and/or labor (during the applicable parts and labor warranty periods specified above) to repair the defective components, provided that this repair is done by a MBI Authorized Service Representative; or 2) shall replace the equipment or refund the purchase price for the equipment. THE CUSTOMER’S REMEDY AGAINST MBI FOR THE BREACH OF ANY OBLIGATION ARISING OUT OF THE SALE OF THIS EQUIPMENT, WHETHER DERIVED FROM WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE LIMITED, AT MBI’S SOLE OPTION AS SPECIFIED HEREIN, TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.
In no event shall MBI be liable for any other damage or loss, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost sales, loss of use of equipment, claims of third parties including the Customer’s customers, cost of capital, cost of down time, cost of substitute equipment, facilities or services, or any other special, incidental or consequential damages.
Equipment provided by MBI on a temporary, no-charge, evaluation, demonstration, or pilot basis is warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from installation for parts only, and labor, transportation, removal, and reinstallation are excluded from warranty coverage.
For equipment provided under an active lease or financing arrangement, warranty coverage applies only while the lease remains in effect and in good standing, and warranty rights extend to the equipment lessor as an intended third-party beneficiary.
